Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of customer behavior, identifying trends and patterns related to retention. Utilize customer feedback, surveys, and other tools to gain insights into customer satisfaction and concerns."
  • Retention Strategies: Improve conversion rates for new users onboarding using marketing activities, tools, and channels. Develop and implement targeted retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create compelling retention campaigns and programs."
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers through various channels to understand their needs and concerns. Provide personalized assistance to customers at risk of churning, offering solutions and incentives to encourage loyalty."
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather and analyze feedback from customers leaving the service to identify areas of improvement. Work with relevant teams to address customer concerns and enhance overall customer experience."
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions in the company's CRM system. Generate reports on retention metrics, presenting findings and recommendations to leadership."
  • Training and Education: Train customer-facing teams on effective retention techniques and customer-centric communication. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer retention.


  • Proven experience (min. 2 years) in customer retention or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools. i.e. MoEngage, SendGrid
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving retention targets.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
