Our Sending Labs’ co-founders are serial entrepreneurs who had built a B2C mobile browser product to a community of over 200 million users globally prior to its acquisition in 2014.

Key Responsibilities
Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other design elements for various marketing materials including brochures, banners, and presentations for event and conference purposes.
Develop engaging visual content for websites, blogs, newsletters, press releases, social media platforms and other marketing materials.
Edit and produce videos for promotional purposes, product demonstrations, tutorials, and other marketing initiatives via YouTube, TikTok, Instagram.
Ensure all content adheres to industry regulations, copyright laws, and internal quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content supports the marketing team and customer success team.
Creating and implementing an all-encompassing content strategy that corresponds with the project's objectives and core values.
Producing/writing narrative-driven, high-quality, SEO-friendly content for the relevant target markets.
Contribute to the design and implementation of the content marketing strategy and other pertinent programs/campaigns.
Conducting research and collecting data from reputable sources to support a piece of content. In addition, conducting exhaustive research into industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to ensure that our content is always pertinent and current.
Creating and distributing content that builds trust and provides value to our users and a broader crypto audience, including but not limited to blog posts, social media posts, infographics, whitepapers, video scripts, newsletters, guides/explainers/tutorials, webinars/workshops, email campaigns, case studies, PR, website copies, and other interactive content.
Managing and sustaining the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
Optimising content for SEO to increase organic visibility and organic website traffic.
Collecting and analyzing user feedback to enhance the quality of content generated by users. Monitoring and analysing content performance metrics and providing regular reports and insights to enhance the effectiveness of content.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, Communication or a related major, from a reputable university;
1-3 years of working experience in social marketing, content marketing or online marketing for B2C internet/software services, preferably within the Web 3.0, or solid experience working in an internet company, but fresh graduates are welcome.
Experience leading a team or project;
Strong understanding of customer success, user community and user growth;
Experience working with messaging platforms like Discord is plus;
Proven ability to work cross team, multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;

Experience working in a start-up culture.

Strong understanding of utilizing data to optimize the performance of marketing campaigns for attracting organic traffic.
A willingness to help out where needed - regardless of the scope of your role.
An understanding of the Ethereum ecosystem, with an interest and curiosity to learn more.
