About This Role
As Creative and Content team lead, you will be responsible for building brand awareness and reputation through high quality content creation, leading the creative and content team, and optimizing effective original content to attract organic traffic.
In this newly updated role, you will assist in building the team to execute the text and video contents which support the marketing team and customer success team. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background in content creation and management, with B2C experience in an internet Web2/Web3 company.
Define, build, and scale a full Creative and Content team consisting of text content creators and video content creators to oversee day-to-day operations and deliver on all key company and product objectives.
Provided guidance and review the production of compelling, user-centric, and original content to be posted across various platforms, including the website, blogs, newsletters, press releases, social media platforms, video channels, and other marketing materials, as well as within various communities.
Strategically allocate resources to maximize impact and return on your team’s efforts across digital, social, field, and other channels.
Collaborate with the Marketing team and Customer Success team to build a robust social and marketing content calendar across all owned and third-party channels.
Conduct in-depth analysis to measure the success of content performance metrics and user feedback. Develop KPIs, communicate results to relevant stakeholders, and optimize performance accordingly.
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a steady stream of relevant and timely material across all communication channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content supports the Marketing team and Customer Success team.
Monitor and ensure all content adheres to industry regulations, copyright laws, and internal quality standards.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, or a related major, from a reputable university;
5+ years of experience, 2 years or above experience in a marketing or content management leadership role at an internet Web2/Web3 company, or marketing agencies;
B2C marketing experience with one or more of the following product/service offerings: internet services, creative services (e.g. creative agencies) and marketing services; consumer-focused products/services; blockchain, crypto, and/or NFTs, DEX/CEX;
An understanding and passion for the web 3.0, blockchain, crypto, and NFT spaces;
Strong knowledge of creative and content production workflows for cross-functional projects;
Familiarity with content management systems and SEO tools (e.g, Google Analytics);
A great collaborator, fantastic at simplifying/clarifying complex concepts, with great leadership abilities that motivate teams to deliver;
Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities, workflow, and people;
Strong business sense and a commitment to excellence/high standards;
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, dynamic environment;
Based in Manila, Philippines.
Experience working in a start-up culture.
Experience working with messaging platforms like Discord.
Strong understanding of utilizing data to optimize the performance of marketing campaigns for attracting organic traffic.
A willingness to help out where needed - regardless of the scope of your role.
An understanding of the Ethereum ecosystem, with an interest and curiosity to learn more.
