About This Role

As social media account manager, you will be responsible for driving engagement, building brand awareness and connections with online communities, and optimizing effective original marketing content to attract organic traffic. You will contribute to content brainstorming, writing, publishing, and promotion across various channels, including Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram and other social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging, high-quality video content for various social media platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram and other social media platforms.
Generate and consistently monitor user posts and comments on Twitter.
Create content optimized for search engines, incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other SEO best practices to boost organic social media content traffic and enhance our search engine rankings.
Build and nurture relationships with our own social media communities, including followers, fans, and customers.
Actively manage our online community by monitoring, responding to, and moderating comments, inquiries, DMs and tags, fostering a positive and interactive environment.
Handle and diffuse potential social media crises or negative feedback with tact and professionalism.
Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and partners to amplify brand reach and credibility.
Stay abreast of industry trends, insights, and best practices to ensure our content is relevant and competitive.
Create a content calendar and scheduling, ensuring regular, relevant content across all content platforms that aligns with the company's marketing objectives and brand identity.
Provide monthly reports highlighting the performance of our content, insights gathered, and recommendations for the upcoming content calendar.
Ensuring that all social media activities on different content platforms comply with legal and industry-specific regulations.


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, Social Media or a related major;
1-3 years of experience in social marketing, content marketing or online marketing for B2C internet/software services at a internet Web2/Web3 company;
B2C marketing experience with one or more of the following product/service offerings: internet services, creative services (e.g. creative agencies) and marketing services; consumer-focused products/services; blockchain, crypto, and/or NFTs, DEX/CEX;
Prior experience managing a Web3 or blockchain-related social account. A deep understanding of Web3/blockchain, pop culture, and memes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Excellent video marketing skills
Strong knowledge of creative and content production workflows for cross-functional projects;
Strong understanding of customer success, user community and user growth;
Experience growing product adoption and defining product differentiation in the marketplace;
Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities, workflow, and people;
Strong business sense and a commitment to excellence/high standards;
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, dynamic environment;
Based in Manila, Philippines.

Bonus Points

Experience working in a start-up culture.
Experience working with messaging platforms like Discord.
Knowledge of social media analytics software and SEO.
A willingness to help out where needed - regardless of the scope of your role.
An understanding of the Ethereum ecosystem, with an interest and curiosity to learn more.
