About This Role
As business development operations specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the business development team and processes. This includes tasks such as identifying prospects, preparing proposals and presentations, managing CRM systems, analyzing sales data, streamlining workflows, and providing support for BDs as required or when necessary, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or business development operations support, with B2C experience in an internet Web2/Web3 company.
Conduct thorough research on target markets, industry trends, and competitors to identify the right prospects and create buyer personas and ideal partners’ profiles.
Reach out to prospects, understand prospects’ needs and position our offerings as a solution which solves their pain points.
Work closely with the Business Development team, and create and update sales materials such as proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to prospective clients' needs.
Oversee and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Timely reply to inquiries and ensure follow-up from existing and potential clients and partners through telephone, e-mail, and other working applications.
Assist in the preparation, management and tracking of sales and partnership contracts, agreements and documents.
Responsible for maintaining and developing good relationships with existing clients and partners through regular contact.
Support the onboarding and training of new BD members on tools, processes, and systems.
Streamline sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, including lead generation and closing.
Prepare and generate reports on a regular basis by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to the BD team and management team.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, or Computer Science related majors;
1-3 years of working experience in sales, sales support or business development at a internet Web2/Web3 company;
An understanding and passion for the web 3.0, blockchain, crypto, and NFT spaces;
Have a client-oriented mindset and an acumen for understanding and addressing client needs and wants;
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Strong business sense and a commitment to excellence/high standards;
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, dynamic environment;
Based in Manila, Philippines.
Experience working in a start-up culture;
A willingness to help out where needed - regardless of the scope of your role;
An understanding of the Ethereum ecosystem, with an interest and curiosity to learn more;
