Job Description
Develop overall marketing strategies and execute the appropriate tactics, including online marketing
campaign, offline marketing events and build overall Public Relations planning
Understand key objectives, priorities, and various teams’ product features, and create an marketing
and events strategy that align with these
Collaborate with other communities to develop interesting campaigns to both engage our community
and widen our audience
Develop and implement social media policies and procedures, determine KPIs, measure and
provide reports on each marketing campaign
Manage event-related partnerships and collaborations with other projects and protocols
Oversee and exercise marketing strategies across social media channels
Track and analyze media performance on daily and weekly basis, providing reports and insights
Manage crisis situations and formulate procedures to address FUD / crisis situations
Requirements
3+ years relevant experience in Web3 industry, with hands-on experience organizing offline events
Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
Good understanding of marketing principles, well-organized with a results-oriented approach
Exquisite communication and presentation skills, able to work under pressure and manage multiple
projects simultaneously
Strong self-driven with attention to details; Passionate about the industry opportunities
