We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales to lead our High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, engage, and retain high net worth clients. Your primary focus will be on building and managing a high-performing sales team, nurturing relationships with HNWIs, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting high net worth individuals, including identifying market opportunities and setting revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and KPIs, and providing the necessary support and training to achieve exceptional performance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques, cross-selling, and up-selling high-value financial products and services.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and CRM tools to track and measure sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations and implement best practices for maintaining the highest ethical standards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and enhance the value proposition for HNWIs.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, goals, and achievements.


  • Minimum of Bachelor s Degree in Business, Marketing, Financial, Management or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position would be an advantage.
  • Ability to understand Trading recommendation based on technical/fundamental analysis is a must.
  • Strong financial product knowledge on any one of the following asset classes: US stocks, crypto, futures (index,modities).
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
  • Personal experience as a Trader is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and Basic English is required.
