Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Hardware/Software trouble solving
- Investigate and analysis IT problem
- Provide solution and recommendation
- Manage admin console gsuite for companies
- Manage user in AD system
- Document HW/SW Inventory
- Document HW/SW Network Configuration
- Manage configure firewall FortiGate
- Manage LDAP on nas storage
- Manage file sharing on nas storage
- Manage CCTV system
- Manage Log of company’s network follow policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a technology-related field.
- 3-5 years of working experience in IT support.
- Ability to prioritize workload and provide support in a timely manner
- Good command in English
- Experience in Tech Company will be advantage
- Experience in IT admin responsibilities
- Good serviced mind and team player
