- Liaise with the HR Operation Team, IT and Hiring Manager to make on-boarding arrangements and to identify staffing needs.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Social media, Linked-In and other)
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Prepare letters of offer, Agreement employment contracts and new employee packs for successful candidates.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 3-5 years working experience in IT Recruiter.
- Familiarity with social media, resume database and professional networks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership.
- Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, can work under pressure, dynamic person, high responsibilities and working ability to meet the deadline.
- Time management and planning skills.
- Multiple skills and can work in dynamic culture of Technology Team.
- Proficiency in English & Thai.
