Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the HR Operation Team, IT and Hiring Manager to make on-boarding arrangements and to identify staffing needs.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Social media, Linked-In and other)
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Prepare letters of offer, Agreement employment contracts and new employee packs for successful candidates.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • 3-5 years working experience in IT Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume database and professional networks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership.
  • Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, can work under pressure, dynamic person, high responsibilities and working ability to meet the deadline.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Multiple skills and can work in dynamic culture of Technology Team.
  • Proficiency in English & Thai.
