About the Role

InsurAce is the leading multi-chain DeFi insurance protocol, providing reliable, robust and secure DeFi insurance services to the DeFi users. We have a highly professional team working globally to deliver high quality products and services. We’re looking for a dedicated, full-time research analyst within our product research and design function.

The ideal candidate is a competent, hard-working team player who will play a critical role in carrying out crypto-related research, especially DeFi related topic, and help develop the product of the InsurAce project. We\’re looking for someone to not just join our team but become a part of our brand.

Responsibilities

● Research on Crypto / DeFi related products, and contribute to the development and improvement of the existing products

● Work as product manager to work with technology members to develop the product

● Conduct operations on the current product, monitor the platform indicators, and provide support to customers

● Regularly review competitor dynamics to benchmark initiatives and broaden understanding of the industry landscape

● Proactively identify existing and emerging issues and devise solutions to manage these issues successfully

● Write intelligence or analysis reports clients, where necessary

Qualifications

● Proven experience in a similar role, at least 3 years of experience is preferred

● BS degree or equivalent from a renowned university is required

● Proficient in both written and spoken English is a must, mandarin is a big plus

● Crypto and/or DeFi experience is a big plus

● Singapore is preferred, but remote working is also acceptable
