About the Role

InsurAce is the leading multi-chain DeFi insurance protocol, providing reliable, robust and secure DeFi insurance services to the DeFi users. We have a highly professional team working globally to deliver high quality products and services. We’re looking for a dedicated, full-time community management lead within our marketing and BD function.

The ideal candidate is a competent, hard-working team player who will play a critical role in building our community, and work closely with team members. We\’re looking for someone to not just join our team but become a part of our WEB3 journey for the long-term.

Responsibilities

● Maintaining relationship with marketing team and community managers across region

● Build dynamic, high quality online and real-world communities and user engagement

● Manage the communities and channels across region

● Moderate the local forums, social platforms and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement

● Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of local user base and influence

● Review with delivering local language content – including translations and proofreading

● Provide feedback to Management of the company and suggest improvements in order to increase engagement and market share in the region

● Stay up-to-date with latest local and international crypto trends and news

Qualifications

● 3+ years of relevant experience in crypto or finance

● BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field

● Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

● Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

● Great interpersonal and communication skills

● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in other languages (such as Mandarin) is a big plus

● Singapore is preferred, but remote working is also acceptable
