The Package
- Salary of £23,774
- Temporary contract of up to 12 months, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Agile working across Conwy county
- Mileage paid at 50p per mile

- Managing referrals to the scheme, contacting and interviewing applicants / agencies, arranging panel meetings, and updating colleagues within the scheme of new referrals
- Conducting move in and pre-tenancy paperwork and providing a comprehensive induction to new residents
- Supporting service users with mental health and wellbeing, by encouraging healthy activities and lifestyles, and signposting to services
- Organising and managing a range of engaging activities to promote social inclusion
- Assisting service users with plans to move on to more permanent accommodation
- Facilitating and attending meetings with external agencies to ensure the person-centred provision of support and advice to residents
- At least basic Welsh speaking skills and a willingness to learn
- Experience working in a client centred environment such as housing, care or similar (e.g., supporting individuals in reporting maintenance issues, responding to incidents, making healthcare appointments, pursuing hobbies, securing training and employment, etc.)
- Experience working with and knowledge of the support needs of vulnerable people, especially those suffering or recovering from mental illness
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Hard working, with a positive can do attitude
- At least have basic IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
