Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: Moscow Working schedule: Hybrid (two days voluntarily remote)

Currently, we are expanding our team and looking for an individual highly experienced in UI/UX and product design who will be creating natural user flows and beautiful interfaces for our amazing products.
We expect candidates to have the following skills:
3+ years of direct experience in UI/UX and product design
Strong skills in working with modern software including Figma and Sketch
Perfect knowledge of modern design principles
Advanced skills in designing rich dashboards and complex interfaces
Excellent skills in prototyping products
Hands-on experience in prototyping customer funnels and user flows
Understanding of UX writing
Proven experience in mobile UX/UI design for hand-held and wearable devices
Ability to understand sophisticated technical and financial concepts
Structural thinking and ability to prioritize the pipeline
Deep knowledge of UX design and proven experience in working with product teams
Understanding of specifics in front-end development
Skills in brand book creation and corporate visual communications
Strong skills in defining tone of voice in corporate visual communications
Perfect sense of style in design, art, and architecture
Motivation to constant experimentation
We consider the following skills as a strong advantage:
Successful experience in developing product interfaces for banking / brokerage / financial services
High-level knowledge of trading on exchanges and derivatives
Understanding of user interaction with blockchain networks
Passion for DeFi, financial markets, or digital assets
Duties:
Prototyping user flows and interfaces for DeFi products
Development of mockups for financial web applications
Creation of mobile interfaces for financial apps
Working closely with the product owner on product strategy and prioritizing the pipeline
Supervision of actual product implementation
Interaction with the frontend development team
