Currently, we are expanding our team and looking for an individual highly experienced in growth, product development, and marketing who will be facilitating user acquisition, hypothesis testing, and improving the customer life cycle.
We expect candidates to have the following skills:
5+ years of direct, growth-focused experience in digital marketing, B2B SaaS, preferably in the fintech industry or finance
Proven experience in building marketing, PR, and brand strategy from the ground up
Experience in managing organic user acquisition, including SEO and CRO
Excellent skills in identifying growth opportunities and outlining an action plan to seize these opportunities
Ability to understand sophisticated technical and financial concepts
Structural thinking and ability to prioritize the pipeline
Deep knowledge of product management and proven experience in working with product teams
Hands-on experience in the analysis of customer funnels and user flows
Strong skills in defining an appropriate tone of voice for marketing materials and content
Excellency in preparing presentation decks and other marketing materials
Perfection in presentations, pitches, and communication
A data-driven approach to improving a chosen strategy
Growth hacking mindset and motivation to constant experimentation
We consider the following skills as a strong advantage:
Experience in trading stocks/derivatives/cryptocurrencies
Successful experience in structuring and selling financial/derivative products in IB or a financial broker company
Successful experience in a similar role in known DeFi startups
Track record as a product owner in finance
Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial markets
Define Equilibrium’s professional and retail audience segments and outline the acquisition strategy for each segment
Develop new marketing tactics and identify opportunities to expand into new channels and improve our tactics on current channels to boost user acquisition and retention
Create and execute high-growth marketing campaigns
Grow engagement of the Equilibrium user base through high-quality content
Find new partnerships, both large and small, with a focus on growing the customer base
Come up with product hypotheses and implement them as MVP with a dedicated product team
Establish methods and processes to ensure measurements and hypothesis testing can be done in a scalable and repeatable manner
Scale and automate the growth process of new customer acquisition channels
Drive traffic to our website, landing pages, social media, apps etc.
Prioritize and optimize our growth channels
Optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations across web and native-app growth channels
